If you use water, power and natural gas reasonably the monthly running costs will be about 800 Euros.
This amount includes property tax, waste disposal and canal costs.
By renting the granny flat of 48 m² one can earn most of the running costs (money from rent = about 600 Euros including running costs of the granny flat). Thus, one can live in the luxury mansion for running costs of 200 Euros per month.
